Urethane dumbbell cores are chamfered, press fit and welded into a permanent solid steel construction. The cores are then encased in high grade odorless urethane. Grooves, anchors and a proprietary bonding agent permanently bond the urethane to the steel. A wear resistant matte textured surface keeps the dumbbells looking new for longer. Industrial hard chrome 32mm (5-50lb) or 35mm (55-100lb) handles (medium diamond knurled) will not peel, chip or flake. 5 year limited warranty.
