The Half Rack does begin to tighten things up, especially the amount of floor space it requires. We still provide a short version of the foot operated resistance controls provided on the Power Rack and Half Rack Long Base. It’s a great way to get the explosive benefits of Keiser in a smaller footprint.

Lifting Platform And Inserts
At only 1 1/2" thick, our low profile platforms feature a hardwood maple flooring on a 3/4" marine-grade plywood base. We seal the bottom and sides to prevent moisture absorption. The surface is triple-coated with a finish for commercial floors such as basketball courts. Our specially designed, impact-absorbing rubber helps protect your floor with a low-profile design.
